Whole school
Beyond Bridges Education
Inclusion that lives in the hands of teachers, not policy documents.
Inclusion in Action is a collaborative inquiry platform for school teams. It gives every teacher a structured, AI-guided process for understanding individual children — and every senior leader a whole-school framework for meeting the new SEND reforms.
The SEND reform timeline

The Inclusion Coach
Our philosophy
Three beliefs that drive every design decision.
Inclusion in Action is not a compliance tool dressed up as a professional platform. Every feature, every AI prompt, every question the platform asks is grounded in these commitments.
Behaviour is communication.
It tells us what a child is finding difficult, needing, or trying to express. The role of the adult is to understand it — not simply manage it. This is not soft language. It is neuroscience.
The teacher is the researcher.
The child is not the problem to be solved. Teachers hold the most important data about the children they work with — the platform's job is to help them surface and use it.
The AI asks, never answers.
Our AI coach is a thinking partner, not a solutions engine. It asks the next right question. It opens professional thinking. It never generates the intervention — the teacher does.
Why now
31 December 2026.
The statutory deadline for every school’s Inclusion Strategy.
Schools in England have six months to develop and publish a public Inclusion Strategy evidencing how they are embedding inclusive practice across their whole school. Most have no structured process to do it.
- The Zoom Out generates the evidence base for your Inclusion Strategy across all six domains
- The Zoom In produces the Individual Support Plan the government will legally require for every SEND child
- The platform's six domains map directly onto the DfE's seven principles of inclusion
- Structured review cycles give you the monitoring and accountability evidence Ofsted will expect
- The Family Voice movement documents partnership with parents — a specific DfE requirement
SEND reforms 2026
Built for what schools need now.
The DfE’s Inclusive Mainstream Fund guidance specifies seven principles every school Inclusion Strategy must address. Our six domains cover all of them — and our seventh goes further.
